The focus for HoneyBun Designs is reducing the environmental impact of wrapping papers and greetings cards. In the UK alone it has been estimated that we throw away the equivalent of 108 million rolls of wrapping paper after Christmas each year! Little of this is recycled. HoneyBun Designs is redressing that issue by using every ‘green’ option available to produce environmentally responsible wrapping papers and cards.
The branding for HoneyBun Designs needed to reflect the company’s ethos and optimism. So I created an iconic, and friendly, symbol has been designed as a reflection of the natural approach of the production process. The HoneyBun bee; endearing and challenging in equal measure. With a simple, bright colour palette in support to produce upbeat communications.
